About Project Futurus
As a social enterprise that promotes the future of aging, one of the key initiatives The Project Futurus promotes is dignity dining through our softmeal/soft diet training classes and workshops for chefs, caregivers, and elderly home/centers, students and the public.
We curate creative programs and cooking workshops in our studio. We hope the hands-on cooking lesson was helpful for those who are exploring alternative diets to help patients and family members who suffer from swallowing problems. People can also learn about “aging” as a process through interactive workshops.
