Established in 2020 by The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK), Honours Academy (HA) is the first and only initiative of its kind introduced by a Hong Kong higher education institution. Rooted in HSUHK’s pioneering “Liberal + Professional” education model, HA aspires to nurture high-achieving, high-potential, and highly motivated students to become visionary public leaders who drive positive change both locally and globally.

Since its inception, HA Founding Members have played an instrumental role in laying the foundation for HA’s success. Through their foresight, leadership, and dedication, they have significantly contributed to HA’s growth, success, and sustainability.

HA Founding Members were key to the development of HA’s distinctive curriculum and experiential learning framework, the establishment of the Professional Fellows network, and the creation of a supportive environment that promotes academic excellence, professional development, and civic engagement.
