Mr Raymund Chao
Chairman, Asia Pacific

Mr Raymund Chao is the Asia Pacific and China Chairman. He is the only representative
for Asia on the Global Network Leadership team, which sets the overall strategy for
the PwC network.
Prior to this role, Raymund was PwC’s Assurance Leader in Asia Pacific. With over
30 years of professional experience, he has provided audit and business advisory
services for both state-owned and private enterprises in Hong Kong and in Mainland
China. Raymund has been involved in a number of onshore and offshore initial public
offerings (IPO), debt financing, corporate restructuring, and merger and acquisition
transactions. During the past 10 years or so, he has been heavily involved in
promoting corporate governance and systems of internal control for enterprises.
Raymund began his career in Toronto, Canada in 1984 and returned to Hong Kong,
where he was born and raised, in 1992. He relocated to Beijing, China in 2003 and
became PwC’s China Assurance Leader in 2005. From 2011, he became PwC’s
Assurance Leader for Asia Pacific and is one of the five core members of the PwC’s
Global Assurance Executive Team, which determines the strategy and directions for
PwC’s Assurance business on a global basis.
Raymund is the Founding President of the Association of Hong Kong Accounting
Advisors (AHKAA). He is also a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified
Public Accountant (practising) in Hong Kong.
Mr Clement Cheung, GBS, JP
Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Authority
Mr Cheung has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Authority since 15 August 2018. He joined the Administrative Service in 1983 and was involved in the formulation and implementation of various government policies. Key positions held by Mr Cheung have included Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Singapore from 1998 to 2001, taking charge of ASEAN affairs and coping with the impact of the Asian Financial Crisis; Commissioner of Insurance from 2006 to 2009, responsible for prudential regulation of authorized insurers during the global financial crisis; Postmaster General from 2009 to 2011, making notable achievements in corporate structuring and business development; Commissioner of Customs and Excise in September 2011, combatting smuggling activities, interdicting drug trafficking, protecting intellectual property rights and safeguarding consumer interests. He became Secretary for the Civil Service in July 2015 before proceeding on retirement in July 2017.
Ms Quince Chong, JP

CLP Power Hong Kong Limited
Ms Quince Chong joined CLP Power Hong Kong Limited as Chief Corporate Development Officer in September 2012 overseeing the functions of customer and business development, public affairs and community relationship. Her role helps drive customer service excellence and strengthen ties with customers and the community as a whole. She is responsible for all public affairs and sustainability development matters of the CLP Group. Ms Chong is also a Director of Smart Charge (HK) Limited, an affiliated company of the CLP Group.
Ms Chong has over 30 years of experience in corporate communications and customer services after having held various senior management positions in the tourism, hotel and aviation industries. Before joining CLP, Ms Chong was Director Corporate Affairs of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and has worked at Hong Kong Tourism Board (formerly the Hong Kong Tourist Association).
Ms Chong is currently a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, a Non-Official Member of the Correctional Services Department Complaints Appeal Board, a member of The Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service, a member of Vocational Training Council and a member of Environmental Campaign Committee. She is also a member of the 12th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Ms Georgina Chu
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited
As the Chief Corporate Development Officer of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, Ms Georgina Chu steers corporate planning and development by leading functions across corporate strategy development, GBA development, marketing and public affairs.
Ms Chu brings over 25 years of experiences in the telecommunications and data centre industry, and has held key strategic roles. Before joining Cyberport, Ms Chu served as Senior Director of Enterprise and Financial Markets for the APAC region at Equinix Asia-Pacific, and effectively rolled out global programmes, formulated and oversaw execution of sales strategies, and acted as the regional subject matter expert both internally and externally. In her earlier capacity as Executive Director and Country Manager of Colt Technology Services, she successfully drove business growth in the APAC region and managed corporate operations in Hong Kong, on the Mainland and Singapore.
Ms Chu holds an MBA from California Coast University in the US and a BBA from Hong Kong Baptist University.
Ms Eva Kwong

Ms Eva Kwong is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Kerry Properties Limited (“KPL”) leading the Group’s human resources and administration functions across Hong Kong and the Mainland. Her role helps drive the people agenda with the aim of cultivating a high-performing, human-centric and value-based culture to support the Group’s business growth and sustainability.
Prior to joining KPL, Ms Kwong was the Chief Corporate Services Officer of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, overseeing the overall corporate services functions including human resources, general procurement, corporate administration, and Innovation & Technology. She has over 28 years of management experience in public utilities and multinational companies and is an experienced senior executive in Human Resources with a demonstrated history of working in the fine art industry and the public sector.
Ms Kwong holds a bachelor’s degree from the Social Science Faculty of the Hong Kong Baptist University with a major in China Studies (Economics). She also took part in the Contemporary China Studies and Putonghua Program at Tsinghua University in Beijing and obtained a Certificate in China Economics and Putonghua. Ms Kwong also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Leicester and completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Mr Lam Woon-kwong

Mr Lam Woon-kwong, graduated from the Social Sciences Faculty of the University of Hong Kong. He received his Master Degrees in Public Administration from the Harvard University and Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. He held a Secretary-level post in the former Hong Kong Government, and served as a Principal Official and official under the accountability system in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Equestrian Events (Hong Kong) of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad Company Limited and the Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Commission.
Ms Clara Shek

Clara has been leading the transformation of Ogilvy PR in Hong Kong in the past two decades with the founding of a specialised Travel & Tourism Practice and a Social Media & Content hub before social media became mainstream. Today, Ogilvy is widely recognized as the most awarded PR consultancy in Hong Kong, known for its influence, strategic approach, creativity and effectiveness. Most recently, Ogilvy was named by Campaign Asia as 2022 Hong Kong PR Agency of the Year and PR Week Asia’s 2022 Greater China PR Consultancy of the Year.
Clara has counselled the world’s leading brands in the financial and professional services, technology, travel/hospitality, consumer and healthcare sectors on their pan-Asia brand positioning, strategic communications and issues/crisis management.
Clara was honoured “Distinguished Professional of the Year” by Hong Kong PR Professionals’ Association (PRPA) at the 2014 Hong Kong PR Awards, as well as Hong Kong PR Agency Head of the Year 2014 by MARKETING Magazine. She is a former President (2003-2005) and current advisor of the PRPA and a founding board member of The Council of Public Relations Firms in Hong Kong.
Outside of work, she actively contributes to her community. She currently serves on the board of The Investor and Financial Education Council and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. She also chairs Hong Kong Red Cross’ Communications & Resource Development Advisory Panel. She is a member of Hong Kong Management Association’s Sustainability Committee, Advisory Committee on Built Heritage Conservation and the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Advisory Panel for M.S.Sc in Corporate Communication.
Mr SHIH Wing-ching
Founder of Centaline Group
Shih Wing Ching was born in Shanghai and brought up in Hong Kong. Shih founded Centaline Group and acts as its Chief Executive. Centaline has been majoring its business in property agency and has now developed as an enterprise involving in diversified businesses including surveying and valuation, mortgage agency, data consolidation, financial services, wealth management, securities brokerage, credit reporting, property management and online media.
Apart from involving in commercial activities, Shih actively participates in public services. Shih served respectively as the Member of the Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Hospital Governing Committee of The Hospital Authority, The Hong Kong Housing Authority, The Commission on Strategic Development, Task Force on Economic Challenges, The Estate Agents Authority and The Consumer Council.
With enthusiasm for charity and public welfares, and for cultural development, Shih also served as the Council Member of Oxfam Hong Kong, the Honorable Director of Sowers Action, Chairman of Green Council and Chairman of the Board of Governors of Hong Kong Sinfonietta.
Outside of work, Shih is a newspaper columnist and a host for electronic media. As Shih has keen interests in academic activities, he frequently delivers speeches for the tertiary institutions on topics not limited to the real estate, but also on wide range of issues such as politics, the economy, and even natural science and philosophy. Owing to the uniqueness of his point of view coupled with strong ability of expression, Shih is a well received commentator with his comments widely concerned by society.
Mr Benjamin Tang, GBS, JP
Former Director of Audit

Mr Tang, upon graduation from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, joined the Hong Kong civil service as an Administrative Officer. He served in various government departments and branches/bureaux. His career also included working in the Hong Kong Government Office in London in the 1980s and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in the early 1990s.
From the late 1990s to early 2000s, he served as the Government Printer and the Commissioner of Insurance. Mr Tang was appointed by the Central Government of the People’s Republic of China as the Director of Audit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) in December 2003. He retired from this post in July 2012 and was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR.
He was appointed Commissioner of the Commission of Inquiry Into the Collision of Vessels Near Lamma Island in 2012 and the Commission’s report was presented to the Chief Executive in April 2013.
Mr Tang is currently member of the Advisory Committee on Corruption and Chairman of the Operations Review Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, member of the Communications Authority and Chairman of its Broadcast Complaints Committee, and director of the AR Charitable Foundation Limited.
He is an independent non-executive director of the MTR Corporation, BE Reinsurance Limited and United Builders Insurance Company Limited.
Mr James Thompson, GBS
Chairman and Founder of Crown Worldwide Group
James E. Thompson, GBS, is the Chairman and Founder of the Crown Worldwide Group of Companies. Crown Worldwide is a logistics company performing various types of warehousing and transportation services throughout the world. The Crown Worldwide Group operates from over 200 locations in 52 countries around the world. Crown is also a leader in the field of household removals as well as information and document management with over forty-three million cartons of business documents managed from its worldwide facilities. The company also provides specialized packing and storage of fine arts and provides storage of fine wines. The Group has also built a large number of warehouse facilities around the world.
Mr Thompson serves as Chairman or as a Board member of numerous charitable organizations. His particular interests are charities related to children, cancer, education and art. He is the Chairman of the Asian Youth Orchestra and The Honorary President of the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care. He has been mentoring university students in Hong Kong for over twenty years.
Mr Thompson was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star, Hong Kong’s second highest award, by the Hong Kong Government in 2003. He received the Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from his alma mater, San Jose State University in California. He also received the DHL/SCMP Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014 as well as many other honours.
Mr Wilfred Yiu
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Co-Chief Operating Officer & Co-Head of Markets

Wilfred is Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Co-Chief Operating Officer & Co-Head of Markets of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX). He is also Chief Executive of HKEX’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
Previously, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Beijing Gao Hua
Securities Company Limited, and Chairman of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Qian Kun Futures Co Ltd. Prior
to that, he was Head of Credit Structured Products for Asia at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C.
Mr Yiu served as a governor for the board of the Dalian Commodity Exchange in China from 2015 to 2017.
Mr Yiu is a member of the Securities Compensation Fund Committee of the Securities and Futures
Commission, and a member of Education and Development Committee of the Hong Kong Securities and
Investment Institute. He is also a member of the Supervisory Committee for the Tracker Fund of Hong
Kong.
Mr Yiu is an adjunct professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also an advisory board
member of Research Institute for Business of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, and Professional
Fellow of the Honours Academy of the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.
Mr Yiu earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance
from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Ms Wendy Yuen

Wendy is currently the Deputy Head of Personal & Business Banking Group in China CITIC Bank International Ltd. She has been working in the banking industry for over 25 years. In her previous job roles, she has covered a wide range of duties under Retail Distribution Management, Commercial Banking including overseas branches (Macau branch and Taiwan Representative office), Asset Management overseeing market research, investment advisory, derivatives products structuring & development, broking business and investment funds, etc.
She is currently serving HK Government as a panel member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal, member of the Customs and Excise Children’s Education Trust Fund Committee, member of Trade and Industrial Organization Support Fund and also General Committee, FHKI Bamboo Industry Committee, Taxation Committee of Federation of Hong Kong Industries.
She received BSc degree (First Class of Honor) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master degree of Cornell University USA, EMBA from Kellogg – the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also held the qualifications of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Banker.
Dr Allan Zeman, GBM, GBS, JP
Founder and Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group
Dr Allan Zeman is the founder and Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, a major property owner and developer in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong Area.
Dr Zeman serves as the Non-Executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited and is an independent non-executive director of Sino Land Company Limited, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), and Fosun Tourism Group, all of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dr Zeman is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Wynn Macau Limited, a director of the “Star” Ferry Company, Limited, a board member of the Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund launched by Alibaba Group and a Board Member of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong.
Having lived in Hong Kong for over 50 years, Dr Zeman has been very involved in government services. Dr. Zeman is a Vice Patron of Hong Kong Community Chest and was the Chairman of Hong Kong Ocean Park from July 2003 to June 2014 and is now an honorary advisor. Dr Zeman is a member of the board of Governors of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. A board of Governor of Our Hong Kong Foundation, an appointed member of the HKSAR Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers on Innovation and Strategic Development and a member of the Human Resources Planning Commission (HRPC) chaired by the Chief Secretary for Administration.
In 2001, Dr Zeman was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong. He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2004 and the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2011. In 2012, he was awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong and University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong. In 2019, Dr Zeman was awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees of Business Administration from Open University of Hong Kong which is now the Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
