Behind every great event is someone who ties it all together — and at this year’s School of Business Award Presentation Ceremony, that person was Berrie Chim, a proud member of HA’s 2nd cohort.

As Master of Ceremony, Berrie didn’t just guide the audience through the programme — she elevated the experience. With her composed stage presence and authentic delivery, she set the tone for an afternoon that was both celebratory and sincere.

It is easy to overlook the role of an MC — but when it is done well, the impact is unmistakable. Berrie’s natural sense of timing, thoughtful transitions, and calm confidence reminded us that leadership is not always about the spotlight — sometimes it is about holding the space so others can shine.
