Honours Academy Students Inspire Global Exploration at College Assembly

On 31 October 2024, Honours Academy (HA) students from the 3rd cohort, Isaac Li and Ming Ho, played an integral role in the College Assembly: Reaching Out Around the Globe. Their contributions highlighted not only their individual achievements but also the broader involvement of HA students in promoting global perspectives within the university community.

Ming Ho shared insights from his exchange in Finland, where he experienced the country’s innovative education system and immersed himself in its unique culture. Ming reflected on how this opportunity elevated his intellectual growth and expanded his worldview—an experience that he was eager to encourage his fellow students to pursue.

Meanwhile, Isaac Li presented his dual experience, combining an exchange in Korea with an elite summer programme at UC Berkeley. He spoke passionately about how these global opportunities not only enhanced his academic knowledge but also shaped his worldview, urging his peers to pursue similar paths for personal and professional development.

Aligned with HA’s mission to cultivate globally minded leaders, Ming and Isaac’s stories served as powerful inspiration.
