HA Students Embody Leadership and Impact During CSPE Delegation Visit

Honours Academy Students Embody Leadership and Impact During CSPE Delegation Visit

28 November 2025 (Friday)

Five Honours Academy (HA) students played a vital role during the visit of the Committee on Self-financing Post-secondary Education (CSPE) to The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) on 28 November 2025. Representing three HA cohorts, the team included Daisy Fong and Para Cheng from the 4th cohort, Charis Kong from the 5th cohort, and Anson Pon and Trip Lam from the 6th cohort.

While the visit highlighted HSUHK’s “Liberal + Professional” educational philosophy, innovative practices, and commitment to student development, it was also a moment for our young leaders to step up, stand out, and leave a lasting impression.

From the first welcome to the final farewell, our cross-cohort HA delegation brought energy, insight, and poise, animating the campus with their presence.

Whether welcoming delegates, sharing student perspectives, or facilitating campus navigation, our cross-cohort delegation served not only as ambassadors of the University, but also as living examples of HSUHK’s educational values: interdisciplinary curiosity, purposeful leadership, and community engagement.

Their contributions did not go unnoticed. Delegates expressed appreciation for the students’ maturity, clarity, and confidence.

Moments like these reveal the spirit of HA: empowering students not just to succeed, but to uplift others, represent their community with pride, and redefine what young leadership can look like.

HA extends sincere thanks to Para, Daisy, Charis, Anson, and Trip for their dedication and heart.

We are proud of you, and grateful for your leadership in action.
