Rooted in Purpose, Growing in Impact, Charis & Esther Light the Way

We’re so excited to celebrate two amazing members of our HA family, Charis Kong (HA5) and Esther Leung (HA6), for being awarded the Link University Scholarship 25/26! And a special shoutout to Charis, who’s received this honour two years in a row, a rare and inspiring achievement that speaks volumes about her dedication, growth, and unwavering commitment to serve. Both Charis and Esther have shown what it means to lead with heart, stay grounded in purpose, and give back to the community around them.

The Link University Scholarship recognises local students who are the first in their families to attend university in Hong Kong, and students who show not just academic strength, but also care deeply about making a difference. Charis and Esther have been living that out loud, and they remind us all that leadership comes in many forms, often quiet, always powerful.
